We have ongoing contractual arrangements with 8 councils within the greater Melbourne region. The Tree Company provides management of trees within parklands, reserves, and streetscapes.
Our commitment to our clients is to develop sound and responsive relationships at the management level and to provide reliable, professional Arboricultural services, including emergency services, to assist with both current work and planning for future needs. We believe that open and frequent communication is the key to building sound business relationships between each of our municipal clients.
Our Experienced Team
Our office infrastructure and Administration Department ensure that an account management system is developed to meet the individual needs of each of our municipal clients. Additionally, all our municipal clients have a dedicated member of our Senior Leadership team managing their account.
In many cases, a work crew of 4 to 6 field staff is permanently allocated to a client on an ‘on demand’ or contractual basis. This builds a strong rapport and understanding between our staff and our clients, and allows our staff to develop their knowledge of the environments and individual trees within municipalities.
